Will you make $1,000,000 in the next 5 years?

Answer honestly.

Because if you are reading this, you clearly want to make money....

But how are you going to do it?

Do you have a clear plan that you know will work?

If your answer is no, don’t worry.

By the end of this letter you will be able to craft your own $1,000,000 plan, and I will share my plan with you as an example.

Let's begin...

As I researched how to make a million dollars, I asked myself:

Is it even possible for me to make this much money?

I mean... my friends and family think I’m crazy.

Are they right?

I told myself I could make a million dollars, but I didn’t really believe it.

Luckily, something happened that completely changed my mind…

Two years ago, I started playing my life like a video game.

I became obsessed with leveling up in real life.

I spent countless hours researching how I could level up.

My YouTube homepage, usually full of gaming videos, began overflowing with self-improvement content.

One of those YouTubers was a beautiful indian man named… Hamza.

He only had 30k subscribers, but there was something different about him.

I started to binge his content.

One video, in particular, changed everything for me.

In this video, Hamza showed the goals he created for that year.

As he held up his journal towards the camera, the bottom of the page read…

Make $25,000/month.

I was shook.

There’s no way — I thought to myself.

But that’s not what Hamza thought, he knew he would hit that number.

It kind of pissed me off how much he believed in himself.

And as months went by, I forgot about the video.

But as the end of the year approached, I began to wonder…

Did he pull it off?

I checked his channel.

400,000 Subscribers

What?! It hadn't even been a year!

I went and found an update video…

Not only did he hit his $25,000/month goal, he was now making $50,000/month!

Insane.

He was a normal guy, living with his parents, making videos in his bedroom —pulling in $50,000 per month.

And the crazy part was…

I watched his journey happen right in front of my eyes.

That experience taught me a valuable lesson:

Anyone can make a $1,000,000.

It isn’t easy… but anyone can do it.

Even me and you.

Now you're probably thinking...

That’s very inspiring KJ, but how?

I’m glad you asked, because that’s what I want to talk about today…

My Plan to Make $1,000,000

To craft a good plan, you have to understand how money works…

Money = Value

If you want to make $1,000,000 — you need to provide $1,000,000 worth of value.

There are many ways to do this:

  • $1 of value to 1,000,000 people.

  • $1,000,000 of value to 1 person.

  • Anywhere in between.

The route you should take depends on your strengths.

But what do I mean by strengths?

In the How To Make Money letter we talked about the money equation:

Offer + Traffic = $$$

Some people are better at driving traffic:

  • They know how to get attention, they understand how people think, and they can direct attention to their product or service.

  • The better you are at driving traffic, the more people you can reach.

Others are better at creating offers:

  • They solve problems, build cool stuff, and create valuable solutions.

  • The better you are at creating offers, the more value you can provide.

Offer (amount of value) + Traffic (number of people) = $$$

So create your own $1,000,000 equation based on your strengths:

I’m going to provide (x amount of value) to (x amount of people).

For example:

I’ve made videos my entire life.

Homemade movies, gaming videos, vlogs, professional work — I’ve done it all.

Because of that obsession — I am naturally better at driving traffic.

So this is the goal I set for myself:

I’m going to provide $100 worth of value to 10,000 people.

If I can do that… I’ll make a $1,000,000.

But how do I plan on providing $100 of value to 10,000 people?

Let’s break it down…

1) Providing Value

To provide value, you must become a valuable person.

You become more valuable by:

  • Learning skills

  • Gaining experience

  • Obtaining information

One of the best ways to do this is by solving problems in your life.

For example:

I was fat in middle school.

I hated way I looked and was willing to do anything to change it.

As I began high school, I started learning about the gym and working out.

After a few years of lifting, I lost most of my fat and had built some muscle.

When I got to college, people began asking me to train them in the gym.

Because of my skills, experience, and information in regards to weightlifting — They found value in my training.

I became more valuable by solving that problem in my life.

If you have a problem, other people have it to.

If you learn how to solve that problem, they will pay you to help them solve it.

You get paid in direct proportion to the difficulty of problems you solve. - Elon Musk

Bigger problems = More value = More $$$

So here's my plan to provide over $100 worth of value to the marketplace:

  • Find a problem in my life (Awareness)

  • Gain skills, information, and experience to solve it (Learning)

  • Create a valuable solution using what I learned (Creativity)

  • Sell it to others (Psychology)

For example:

Thanks to my former gaming addiction — I don’t have great posture.

This is a problem because bad posture causes:

  • Worse health

  • Worse appearance

  • Lower self confidence

  • Less respect from others

Over the past year, I’ve been experimenting with ways to improve my posture.

Once I am happy with my results, I could create a course that helps people improve their posture.

I could then sell that course to people who are desperate to fix that problem.

Solve a problem -> Package the solution -> Sell it to others

I plan to do this for all my problems, for the rest of my life.

Some people are turned off when they hear "online courses" or "info-products."

Because of a few bad apples, they believe everything sold online is a scam.

Please don't make this mistake.

Decentralized learning is the future.

The amount of information you can learn from a quality online course is incredible.

(And it’s a fraction of the cost and time of a college degree.)

So why not join in on the revolution by adding value to the online marketplace?

That's what I plan to do.

It will take years, but at some point I will have a solution worth $100 or more.

Then all I need is 10,000 people to buy it…

2) Driving Traffic

I have the best dad in the world.

As I was growing up, my dad would spend most nights tinkering away on his latest "invention."

I watched my dad invent some amazing things over the years.

Custom stages, kids toys, mobility shopping carts, revolutionary golf bags.

He could make anything.

With every new invention I would think...

This one is the one!

This product HAS to make us rich!

But nothing ever happened.

This confused me as a kid, but as I learned more about business I began to understand....

My dad was incredible at creating solutions to problems — but he didn’t know how to drive traffic.

Valuable products can't help people if they don't know about product.

You have to drive traffic to your offer.

As we talked about in the How To Make Money letter — there are countless ways to drive traffic. (If you want to dive deeper, go read that letter.)

But in this letter, I want to share with you my plan to drive traffic…

There are two main types of traffic:

  • Paid traffic (Facebook ads, billboards, commercials, etc.)

  • Organic traffic (YouTube videos, podcasts, tweets, word of mouth, etc.)

With paid traffic, you are interrupting a customer's day to make them a sales pitch. (and paying money to do it.)

With organic traffic, potential customers are choosing to consume your content.

They chose to be there — Which makes them much more receptive.

This makes organic traffic seems like the obvious choice, but there is a problem...

To generate organic traffic you have to provide free value in the form of:

  • Entertainment

  • Valuable information

  • Emotional connections

To do this well requires a lot skills and a long time to master.

Much longer than paying Zuck to shove your ad on everyone's Facebook feed.

That being said, organic traffic is worth it.

Organic traffic can:

  • Create authority

  • Build trust with your audience

  • Build your reputation

  • Create genuine interest in your products

That's why I am writing this newsletter.

This is a form of organic traffic.

I want to provide as much free value to you as I possibly can.

But why would you do this for free KJ? Where’s the catch?

Think about it like this...

If my free content made you $1,000 — would you buy a $100 course from me?

Most people would.

Because people make purchases based on the value they've already received.

This is what makes organic traffic so OP.

If people find value in your free stuff, they are more likely to buy your paid stuff.

They trust you will provide value.

And by creating as much free value as possible, I become better at the skill of “value creation.”

Knowing that, here is my exact plan:

1) Create as much free value as possible.

  • Solve problems in my life.

  • Create solutions.

  • Share those solutions for free.

2) Post the value I create on social media. (Organic traffic)

  • Weekly newsletters

  • Weekly YouTube videos

  • Daily tweets

  • Any other form of content

3) Level up my skill of value creation as I repeat steps 1 and 2.

  • If I practice creating value every week, I will gain more skills/experience/information.

  • Then I can create even more value.

4) Once I have a ton of value to add to the marketplace, I will create a product and offer it to my audience.

  • If 10,000 people buy a $100 product, I hit my goal of a million dollars.

This will take me years to do.

It's not going to be easy, but it’s a plan that will work.

And with a good plan, relentless consistency, and enough time — Anything is possible.

So use the knowledge you learned from this letter and create your own plan.

More than likely, your orginal plan will change over time.

That’s good. It means you are learning.

But you have to start somewhere and the best time to start is today.
